Hi, my name is Jamie. I'm a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) and I live in rural Manitoba with my wife and our puppy. My Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in listening to your story and working together with you to create a meaningful and helpful therapy experience for you. My way of running therapy sessions is rooted in some of the following approaches: Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Strength-Based. Getting Help
It can be hard to convince yourself to go to therapy. Below are some of the reasons you might be thinking about talking to a counsellor. I want you to know that I'm ready to walk with you through these hard conversations, and just in case you are afraid the first session is going to be a waste, I make the first session free!
